Press "UNIT" button for over 2 seconds till it displays "b_ON" or "b_OF" to active or inactive the backlight function.

How to open/turn-off the data locking function?

Press "TARE" button for over 2 seconds till it displays "L_ON" or "L_OF" to active or inactive the weight lock function.

• The weight lock function locks your measurement data on LCD until you press "TARE" or "ON/OFF" to weigh another item.

How to open the battery cover and install AAA batteries?

At the dotted line from the battery cover, first press it down, then push it up. Then the battery cover can be opened.

Install the battery according to the positive and negative directions of the battery.

How to weigh more item if the data lock function is active?

When you want to keep adding things to the scale, you need to unlock the screen to restart the lock function. At this point you can press “ON” button to unlock, and weight another goods.
